“Poles saving Jews during World War II”, workshops for educators

On November 25, at the Museum of Poles Saving Jews, workshops for educators “Poles saving Jews during World War II” will take place. Speakers: employees of the Institute of National Remembrance in Krakow – dr Marcin Chorązki, Michał Masłowski and dr Roman Gieroń. The Education Superintendent of Podkarpackie, Małgorzata Rauch took the honorary patronage of the event.

Participants will learn about the various conditions for the functioning of the Jewish minority in Poland until the outbreak of World War II. Then, the realities of the German occupation and the crime of the Holocaust will be discussed. The last issue to be discussed is the issue of Polish assistance to persecuted Jews.
