INFORMATION FOR VISITORS

PLEASE READ THE TEMPORARY RULES OF VISITING

From 26.06.2021: At the Museum of Poles Saving Jews, no more than 30 visitors may be inside the Museum at the same time. The limit applies to visitors individually and in organized groups. The limit is valid until further notice.


We kindly inform that the Museum will be closed on:  1st and 6th January; 23rd and 24th March; 31 th March and 1st April; 15th August; 1st and  11th November; 24th and 25th December, 2024.

OPENING HOURS:

winter season (November – March):

  • Monday: closed
  • Tuesday through Sunday: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

summer season (April – October):

  • Monday: closed
  • Tuesday through Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

LAST ADMISSION: 45 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING

ADMISSION PRICES:

  • PLN 20 – adults;
  • PLN 10 – consessions: teachers and guardians of school groups, pensioners and disability pensioners the disabled with guardians;
  • PLN 5 – consessions: children, adolescents and studenst aged 7 – 26 (students on presentation of a valid ID that entitles to the discount).

Every Tuesday admission to the Museum is free of charge.  

Guided tours:

in Polish, for both individual and groups:

  • guide service: PLN 65;
  • introduction to the visiting: PLN 45;

in English, for both individual and groups:

  • guide service: PLN 85;
  • introduction to the visiting: PLN 50; 

In the case of organised tours please make a reservation in advance, minimum weekly.


If you wish to receive an invoice in the future, we kindly ask you to provide, at the time of sale, your details and the NIP number (of the company or institution) necessary to issue a receipt. If the invoice is to be issued for a bank transfer with a payment term of 14 days then please provide the details (of the company or institution) by email to our office at: sekretariat@muzeumulmow.pl.
