Today is the International Holocaust Remembrance Day.
Today, a delegation from the Museum went to places of importance to local history to pay tribute to the local victims of the Holocaust. Flowers were laid and candles were lit at the War Cemetery of the Victims of Hitlerism 1939-1945 Jagiełła-Niechciałki, at the so-called ‘Okop’ in Markowa, as well as at the plaque with an inscription dedicated to the memory of all victims of the Holocaust and their anonymous helpers, located on the square in front of the Museum.
On January 29, at 19:00 the screening of the film “Passport Matters. Aleksander Ładoś – the Forgotten Righteous “, and an on-line seminar “Around Operation Reinhardt” on February 12.
